During the Lean Launchpad program at Berkeley, FreeWire’s founder and CEO, Arcady Sosinov, had the opportunity to truly understand the meaning behind Steve’s definition of a startup. Steve has worked closely with the team from the earliest days, guiding them through customer discovery and through product development. In his blog, Steve discusses in-depth about finding the right business model for a company and its products. Under his advisory FreeWire discovered charging-as-a-service as a viable alternative to traditional purchase models for electric vehicle charging stations. The service will be deployed with a pilot customer later this year.
