Freewire, which is aiming to soon produce ultra-fast EV charging and mobile on-site power technologies, received $15 million in Series A financing from the likes of BP Ventures (which led the round), Volvo Cars Tech Fund, Stanley Ventures, Blue Bear Capital, Oski Clean Energy Partners, Strawberry Creek Ventures, Spike Ventures, TRIREC, and others. The financing is to bring the company’s solutions to commercialization.
