Webinar 4: EV Pilot vs. Program

This session provides attendees with an overview of developing an EV charging program, covering key topics such as pilot versus full-scale programs, factors for scalability, project management tips, and different business models. We explore the advantages and disadvantages of piloting an EV charging program before scaling up, as well as key considerations for scalability, such as network infrastructure and charging equipment. Attendees will learn project management tips and strategies for ensuring successful program development, as well as different business models that can be used to finance and operate EV charging programs, such as public-private partnerships and revenue-sharing agreements. Real-world examples and case studies are used to demonstrate successful EV charging program development and deployment.
